This brand new, Spanish gastrobar, with a criminally good name and even better interior, opened last week in de Pijp! This new concept, developed by Ron Blauw, is located in the old bathhouse.

Finally over from New York! Crispy, folded Egg Waffles with scoops of ice cream and extremely photogenic toppings! Instagram heaven and you will hear angels singing to you after that first bite…

G&T’s, Bintang beers and delicious, authentic, Indonesian food in a super cosy interior. Great spot for a date. Bring some mints though for the ‘l’Eau the Garlic’, but ah well, you both had it anyway!

A whoooole lot of pink, sweetness and damn good coffee: that is what this eco-patisserie in the south of Amsterdam is all about. Homemade & organic. Excellent spot for coffee dates!

New spot by renowned chef Michiel van der Eerde, who is also responsible for the succes of the succesfull Baut restaurants and restaurant C: one of my favorite restaurants in the city!

Delicious, guilt-free breakfast and lunch options close to station Amsterdam Zuid. Fish and dairy is available too. Hip porridge bar with plant-friendly comfort food!

Restaurant & cocktail bar inspired by the Moroccan city Casablanca, read: extremely cosy. Art deco, Frank Zappa and colouring outside the lines: that is what they like here.. me too;-)

Favorite spot in my neighbourhood: de Rivierenbuurt, with a beautiful interior and a cosy terrace with fire baskets. This is no newy on the block anymore, but they launched dinner this week for thursdays, fridays and saturdays! Oh, and the Scroppinos are made at your table.. A reservation is requested.

The men of the popular Breakfast Club are launching a brand new hotspot at the Haarlemmerplein, including a giant, all day sun, terrace with seats for over 100 people. Yaaasssss! The menu is inspired by the Italian and French kitchen.. Can’t wait!
