Montra Hotel, Koh Samui: Tropical Oasis
Montra Hotel in Koh Samui is a peaceful oasis in busy Lamai. The villas are spacious and beautifully decorated. You feel right at home. You even have a living room! The ceilings are high, the bathtub is huge & breakfast is really good.
The bathroom is spacious & comfortable. There are amenities waiting for you and the bathtub is about the size of a small swimmingpool..
The outside area at Montra Hotel is gorgeous! You can almost swim around the hotel, because of the curves in the pool (forgot to take a picture, how stupid! But believe me it’s beautiful:-). The staff is super friendly & helpfull. We forgot a camera accessory and they brought it to us in another village.
The beach of Lamai is a 20 minute walk from the hotel. That’s where you find a lot of great diner options. Taxi’s are cheap. So sometimes, like when you just had to much for diner and drank a few cocktails, those are a great alternative…:-)
Montra Hotel is perfect for those looking for some peace & quiet. It’s a small hotel with only 9 villas. I loved it!
